What did you assess on the first time watching? How is different from the second time? What is your priority?
Learning the language of assessment is a challenge but necessary. Assessment magnets can be in your clinical bag for a quick evaluation, used in the lab to pull documentation in or in the classroom to help students develop their fluency. Easy to make, and fun to use.
Here is an application based ABG video. Not focused on memorizing but actually understanding and using. When in doubt RT is the expert but nurses need to understand Acid Base is important. (Thank you to all the RT's I have worked with, you all Rock!)
