I am currently transitioning from empowering education regarding end of life to empowering educators to take on challenges that come with education. My lens will be through nursing education, but while each area of education has unique aspects, there are far more similarities. 

Focus 

• Empower educators to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Just Try : ) 
• Reflect on personal growth to improve the teaching in the classroom.
• The power of Emotional Intelligence at the bedside and in the classroom.
• Willingness to talk about the hard things. 
• Currently working toward my doctorate in Educational Leadership- research direction is Advocacy Education for Nursing Students and Supporting Neurodivergent Learners
